I am a guitar player, but needed a new / upbeat arrangement of these patrioutic tunes as I had gotten stale doing some of these as sing alongs... The "C" version would not have fallen well on guitar, so I changed to D, downloaded and everything fell nicely on guitar except the Marine Hymn which I moved to "G" major (also plays nice in E on guitar). I have played it for Coffee shops, church settings, and retirement homes and it goes over well. Although the arrangement is pianistic, and one or two fills are awkward on guitar; if you are playing the same things over again this will add a new freshness to your arrangements. I also cut all transitions to 2 measures. Well worth the challange, and the money (got paid to do the shows and collected tips). Highly recommended.

The U.S.Armed Forces Medley is used in Patriotic programs. This medley of songs incorporates all the armed forces. The first song "America" starts the medley and depicts the areas of service. The Marines,Air Force,and Army. This is very good medley.

This arrangement while written for piano can be very easily transposed for any instrument or you can purchase it in the desired key from Music Notes. (Particularly convenient when you are on a tight time frame and need other keys) I have found Music Notes to be exceptional when I have support question. The scores are accurate without fail. Never had any transposition errors with any purchase. The US Military songs are familiar and easy to play. I found the complete score to be relatively easy to play. Cost Guard part gave me some timing issues but that was me not the score. You gotta breath at some point.

This was a wonderful piece of music. It is suitable for Memorial Day and Armed Forces Day. I played the piece on my violin and it worked out very well.
