The product details state the arrangement contains the complete lyrics. This is not true. Called in to point that out (didnt want anything else) and the "customer service" person told me that their "easy" arrangements didnt always have all of the lyrics (didnt really address my issue). I also pointed out that I wasnt sure the correct chord was used in measure #15. Patrick, went on to offer a very complex justification for the use of that particular chord. I guess its okay to use complex chord progression in an easy arrangement. Anyway, I felt his point was to bully and baffle me with his superior knowledge and attitude.
