This is very good piece, very close to original. I enjoy playing it with my friend. After the first phrase, I added beginning intro part so it became more like original song.

One of my favorite songs by Elton John. Nice, smooth, simple and romantic. The best part of this music sheet is getting the chords with the corresponding bass notes. I think that's what gives the song its unique touch. Easier if played using a capo on the first fret. There is one chord I didn't find that accurate. It's the chord corresponding to the sixth measure of the verses. It says it's a G/B, but I found it sounds better with Bdim (which I took from the sample of another version of the same song in this website). Excellent song to play and sing!

This is a lot of fun to play. It doesn't take too long to get used to the fingering, notes, chords, etc. The timing on the left lost me at first, but once I got the hang of it, it came easily. The song is so accurate with one small exception: there is one small missing area of the music during a change. But you can play it in it's entirety without notice to most people. Like I said, fun song to play

Everyone knows Elton John songs, this among the most popular. Keep the pace, dont go to the race. Plenty of opportunity to improvise and not lose the John sound. Syncopation all over the place, but its so natural after hearing the song over and over, you would do this even if the music didnt show it. Was playing it nicely the first day, and after a week off-and-on, playing it from memory very well, suitable to confidently entertaining friends, and even my wife.
