Displaying all reviews (5)This is an excellent and accurate rendition of one of Joni Mitchells most well-known songs. I used it for a choral audition as I needed 16 measures (or so) of verse plus chorus. It worked well and I was accepted into the chorus. I first learned this song as a youth and the song keeps on giving. Even now I discover nuances in the text. This one is a classic.

This is a very basic arrangement of Joni Mitchells original version of this song (where its just her singing and a very simple guitar accompaniment.) This isnt the updated, more recent version with Mitchell singing along with full orchestral backing.
That being said, the piano accompaniment in this arrangment follows the original guitar line fairly well. Just be prepared for a lighter, more bouncy, folksy tune than the more modern one that you mightve heard lately.
