Alla Hornpipe from Water Music
6/22/2015 11:50:52 PMThis classical period piece by one of the giants of classical music (G.F. Handel, who also wrote the inspired music and words to the incredibly beautiful and moving Messiah Oratorio, which is most famous for its Hallelujah Chorus) is known for being the song theme to Public Televisions Masterpiece Theater. This sheet music is accurate to the original song (to the note) and is one of the more enjoyable classical pieces to play, as it is not too difficult to play, but is wonderfully expansive and uplifting to hear when played well.
