Achingly poignant version of traditional folksong
One of my top favorite songs from my now-growing Musicnotes collection. The original accompaniment has been romantically transcribed to piano, and and the vocal line written so that voice teachers may wish to give this song to their students to practice legato singing. Overall, a really heartwrenchingly beautiful arrangement, that would work for most vocal ranges--so pick your key.
