This is the popular Gounod-Bach version (where Charles Gounod superimposed his own melody over a Bachs Prelude No. 1 in C major). Not difficult at all, but guitarists planning to accompany singers will need to make sure they can play at the needed tempo and still retain a nice smooth flow. Ability to barre is necessary. Only comes in Cmajor, which is fine for guitar, but not necessarily all voices. Use capo to give yourself more options. Voice part has the melody, and it the one that most people are familiar with--no surprises.
