Pianist should be prepared to play a lot of notes written on ledger lines. This is the case regardless of what key you buy this particular arrangement. Other than that, the vocal line is simple and pretty and the lyrics suitable for weddings and other occasions--for instance, the birth or christening of a new child. A modern song written for Celtic Woman, it has a very timeless, traditional sound. The lyrics are reminiscent of the Irish Blessing that starts "May the road rise up to meet you...". Performance suggestion: Introduce the song with the prayer.
