Displaying all reviews (2)This is a simplified arrangement of the bluetree version of this song. If you want a fairly easy, simplified accompaniment for this song then this is what you what. However, if I am getting a singer pro version of a song, I expect to get the same piano part as is on the recording. The intro starts out closer to what is on the recording, with eight note, two sixteenth note pattern, but once the verse starts it gets simplified down to mostly dotted eight note sixteenth note repeated over and over. Theyve simplified the LH down to mostly whole notes, half notes, quarter notes, and eighth notes. This simplified arrangement loses a lot of the feel of the piece and eliminates the melody lines on the instrumental section. Also the lyrics are incorrect in the chorus after Verse 2, the second line reads "Where glory shines from hearts that laugh and praise for You with love for You in this city." it should be "Where glory shines from hearts alive with praise for you, and love for You in this city." There is another company that sells a lot of contemporary Christian music that has an arrangement that is probably closer to the recording, but I dont want to buy from them because I have been less than impressed with the quality of their arrangements and even less impressed with the quality of their customer service. So, it would be nice it musicnotes gets an arrangement that competes with theirs, even if musicnotes just works on the instrumental section and incorporates the melody that is in the recording that would help a lot.
