Dont be deceived by the title of this song - you really do need some good top notes too, including a high c(!) which means range wise its quite tricky. Brilliant song for all types of recital however, and the well known excerpts from musicals are guaranteed to please audiences.

I had a really fun time working on this piece, and I highly suggest it for if you are doing a little show, or have a concert that is more on the casual side. Difficult to get all the intervals, but so worth it in the end!

I purchased this song to sing at a Cabaret show last summer, and I was pleasantly surprised with this arrangement. It was certainly a crowd-pleaser. This is NOT an easy song - especially for a true alto - as it does have a high C (C6) and some other challenging passages in the Ab5 range. However with an arrangement as good as this one, I would think it would be an enjoyable challenge to an experienced singer.
