The piano part is interesting-no doubt- but the rhythmical notation in 4/4 instead of 12/8 time signature makes it very difficult to use the score. Since all recordings are in the 3-feeling and thats definitely the one singers and listeners have in their head. (At least here in Austria:) The singing part SSA is not usable with 3 singers only because of the "diviso" in 4 voices when it comes to more advanced jazz chords. So I had to write new voicing for some bars of the song for our singing trio. Overall an interesting and advanced arrangement but the beat in 4/4 makes it really hard to use the score. Thats only my opinion- Looking forward to see other reviews.
