Ive wanted to play this piece for years. I have learned a lot of pieces by ear over the last 60 years and this is one I havent been able to master. I was actually surprised it was included as most people dont even know of it unless you are a country. I learned about it through a Windham Hill recording "Sounds of Wood and Steel" where Clint Black plays this tune. I cant wait to learn the whole piece and then put my stamp on it. Recommend you listen to his version. It sounds really good to me at the tempo he plays it.
